We are looking for Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our team at our shop located in Farmington, MN! In this role you will work directly with customers at residential homes and some commercial properties. Full time and part time seasonal work available.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Cleaning out gutters, cleaning windows, hanging Christmas lights and doing snow removal in the Winter months.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Work Schedule:

  Monday through Friday (Roughly 40 hours per week), occasional OT depending on the work week.
• Must be able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions, climbing ladders, moving equipment, must be able to lift at least 50 Ibs.
• Must be able to work independently and in small teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Exterior Cleaning Technicians will be responsible for communicating with customers on job sites each day, closely adhering to scheduled work.
• You will be performing a range of common manual labor duties including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading cleaning products and equipment from vehicles, and climbing up and down ladders and roofs.
• Create a positive experience for all Top Hat Services customers and clients. Go the extra mile!
• Maintain clean and friendly work area to Top Hat Services standards, responsible for maintaining company equipment on the worksites and cleaning out your work truck each day.
• Work effectively as an individual or small team, while providing professionalism on the job site.

MUST HAVE

• Valid driver's license from state of residence. You will be responsible for driving company vehicles. Background check required!
• Positive, motivated attitude, willing to work as a small team, take direction from management.
• Ability to adhere to work schedule and stay on track.
• Great attention to detail.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Customer service jobs.
• Experience on roofs or using ladders.
• Prior experience in similar work environment (Landscaper, Lawn care, Roofer, Construction, General Laborer).
