Job Description
Overview $3000-$5000 HIRING BONUS Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a General Laborer and Machine Operator on 1st or 2nd shift! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with innovative products for lakeside living, hunting and fishing. You will play a vital part in producing high-quality molds. Ideal candidates are self motivated and positive team players. This is a temp to hire position with a hiring bonus.
First Shift Wages:
$18-$21 based on experience First shift - 6am-4pm Monday through Thursday, Fridays 6am-2pm (overtime) First Shift Hiring Bonus is $3000. $1,000 after 90 days and $2,000 after 180 days
Second Shift Wages:
$20-$23 based on experience Second shift - 3:45pm-1:45am Monday through Thursday, Fridays 3:45pm-11:45pm (OT) Second Shift Hiring Bonus is $5000. $2,000 after 90 days and $3,000 after 180 days Duties Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations Maintain communication with team and managment to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors and comapny objectives and be willing to work in any and all areas of operations as requested to maintain team assets Help participate in the training of team members Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work areas Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines and function with little or no supervision Will be required to assit in troubleshooting and repairing problems with possible heavy lifting and working in cramped quarters Other duties as assigned Regular, predictable attendance Education High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education Prior experience in a manufactoring environment or rotational molding a plus Soft Skills/Abilities Effective oral and written skills Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards Effective analytical and problem solving skills Physical Requirements Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time ability to walk about the facility as needed Comfort and ability to be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, heat and cold
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
