Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in performing their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to job sites. Prepare job sites by cleaning up debris and ensuring a safe working environment. Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision. Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
