Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our welding and fabrication team. You will assist our skilled welders with material handling, shop maintenance, equipment setup, and general site preparation to ensure our projects run efficiently. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic, the ability to lift heavy materials, the ability to read a tape measure, the ability to use power tools, the ability to follow detailed instructions, must be able to remember measurements, work at a reasonable pace, and to maintain a safe, clean workspace. Experience in a fabrication shop or construction environment is a plus, but we are willing to train someone who is eager to learn the trade and grow with our company.
