Demolition Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Skilled Laborer to join our team. This individual will assist in various construction and maintenance tasks, utilizing both general labor and specialized trade skills to support projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience with tools, machinery, and basic construction techniques, and takes pride in safe, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform construction tasks such as demolition, site prep, framing, drywall, clean jobsite, or finish work Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, and compactors Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored Load/unload materials and move heavy objects safely Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols on-site Read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and construction plans (if required) Report to supervisor and complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required Experience Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
