Overview As a Construction Apprentice, you'll support experienced crew members on active construction projects while building practical skills in industrial construction. You'll help interpret construction plans and technical drawings, prepare work areas, and use tools and equipment safely. This hands-on role is suited to someone ready to learn, work as part of a team, and follow safety procedures every day.

By preparing work areas and following safety practices, you help protect your crew and keep construction tasks moving smoothly. Duties Assist with reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings. Help with site preparation, material handling, and general construction tasks. Use power tools and assist lead Follow workplace safety procedures, including respiratory protection, safe climbing, and heavy-lifting practices. Maintain clean job-site. Keep company vehicles clean. Clean and organize the warehouse. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn construction methods and equipment. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting, and to climb safely as job duties require. Understanding of workplace safety and safety regulations; readiness to follow respiratory protection requirements. Blueprint-reading skills and familiarity with power tools are helpful. Ability to use scheduling and production apps and stay in communication daily.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
