Arden, NC Pay:

Starting at $18.00/hr., depending on experience and ability

Schedule:

MondayFriday, approximately 8:45 AM5:30 PM; Saturdays as needed

Full Time Position Overview Were hiring a dependable General Laborer to assist with trailer and truck body installations, material handling, customer deliveries, and general shop operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with basic tool knowledge who is willing to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks. Responsibilities Load and unload trailers, truck bodies, and materials. Install trailer tires and wheels. Assist with truck cap and trailer installations. Use hand tools and basic equipment. Help customers inspect and pick up purchased trailers. Connect trailers to customer vehicles and check electrical connections. Assist with deliveries, equipment setup, and painting preparation. Perform general shop maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized. Support team members with additional duties as needed. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate in English with customers and team members. Reliable, flexible, and willing to work later or on Saturdays when needed. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid drivers license preferred. Preferred Experience 12-volt wiring or basic electrical experience. Painting or spray-on bedliner application. Forklift operation or OSHA safety training.
