Waterproofing & Foundation Repair Crew - Hiring Immediately Sedona Waterproofing Solutions is looking for motivated workers with construction experience to join our waterproofing and foundation repair team in Concord, NC. This is not an entry-level "stand around" job. We need reliable people who are ready to work hard, show up on time, and take pride in doing quality work. Experience with construction, landscaping, drainage, concrete, excavation, crawlspaces, or waterproofing is highly preferred. However, if you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we are willing to train the right person.

Daily Responsibilities:

Install waterproofing systems and drainage solutions Work in crawlspaces, basements, and exterior excavation areas Use hand tools and power tools safely Load materials and maintain equipment Keep job sites clean and professional Communicate with crew leaders and homeowners respectfully

Qualifications:

Prior construction or labor experience preferred Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work Must be dependable and team-oriented Driver's license preferred Must be authorized to work in the USA We're building a solid team and looking for people who want to grow with us long-term.

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
