Seven Lakes Contracting & Asphalt is looking for hardworking and trustworthy Construction Laborers to join our growing team in West End, NC! Responsibilities:

Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and road construction projects Operate hand tools and small power equipment on job sites Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies as needed Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities Follow directions from crew leads and site supervisors to meet project deadlines Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies Support grading, excavation, and general site preparation tasks

Requirements:

Prior construction, asphalt, or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well on a team Valid driver's license a plus Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening if required
