This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to learn and grow in residential construction. Previous construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. What You'll Do

• Assist carpenters and other members of the construction team
• Load, unload, move, and organize building materials
• Set up work areas and prepare materials for carpenters and trades
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites throughout the day
• Protect finished surfaces and completed work
• Perform demolition and general construction tasks as directed
• Safely use basic hand and power tools
• Assist with deliveries, punch-list work, and project-completion activities
• Follow job-site safety procedures and company standards
• Help wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently What We're Looking For
