Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Your hands-on contributions will help bring construction plans to life, supporting various phases from foundation work to finishing touches. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving materials, concrete mixing, and site cleanup Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction processes with precision and adherence to safety protocols Install rebar, framing, formwork, and other structural components following blueprint specifications and technical drawings Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like masonry work, tile laying, stucco application, and caulking Interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment operation Experience with construction estimating and reading detailed blueprints or technical drawings Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping techniques Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures and safety standards in a construction setting Skilled in masonry, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, restoration work, and tile installation Ability to interpret construction plans accurately for various projects including renovation and heavy-duty work Familiarity with safety protocol adherence related to the use of hand tools, power tools, rebar installation, stucco application, and flooring installation This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow their expertise in the construction industry while contributing to impactful building projects.
