We are looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable of performing manual labor, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. This position involves assisting with daily operations, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and completing tasks as assigned by supervisors. Responsibilities Perform general labor and manual work as assigned. Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions. Properly use tools and equipment as trained. Work independently and as part of a team. Lift, carry, and move materials as required by the job. Report unsafe conditions, hazards, or damaged equipment to a supervisor. Requirements Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, lifting, and carrying materials. Ability to follow instructions and work well with others. Previous general labor experience is preferred but not required. Must follow all workplace safety rules and procedures. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are expected. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — Required Employees are required to provide and wear their own appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the job.

This may include:

Steel-toe or safety-toe work boots. High-visibility safety vest or clothing. Safety glasses. Work gloves. Hard hat and hearing protection when required by the worksite. All PPE must be in good condition and used properly. Additional PPE may be required depending on the job site and assigned duties.
