LABORERS NCW
is now hiring Construction Laborers for a large-scale Solar Farm Project starting
MID-SEPTEMBER 2026!
We are hiring NOW ahead of the project start, so apply early and secure your spot!

PER DIEM

WORK JOB DETAILS
Start Date:
Mid-September 2026
Schedule:
10-12 hour shifts
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Construction and solar farm labor
No previous solar experience required
Training provided for motivated candidates
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist with installation of solar farm components
Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials
Assist skilled trades and construction crews
Dig, shovel, grade, and prepare work areas
Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment
Assist with solar panel and racking installation
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow jobsite safety rules and instructions
Perform physically demanding work for extended periods
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
