Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, contributing to various projects that range from residential to commercial developments. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while supporting the creation of durable and quality structures. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as carrying supplies, materials, and equipment across job sites Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery like concrete mixers, cutters, and pumps safely and effectively Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and applying formwork for foundations, walls, or other structures Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) and assist with framing, drywall installation, stucco application, roofing, and masonry work Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Familiarity with heavy machinery operation such as concrete pumps or mixers is advantageous Hands-on experience with carpentry including trim carpentry, framing (metal stud framing), formwork construction, and renovation work is desirable Understanding of blueprint specification interpretation and technical drawing reading is beneficial Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety regulations while working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment Physical capability for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in various weather conditions Join us in building something great! Pay:
$23.07 - $27.78 per hour Expected hours: 21.0 - 38.0 per week
