Elko, Nevada Pay:

At Plumbline, we're looking for General Construction Laborers to support industrial, mining, processing plant, mill, and heavy construction projects throughout Northern Nevada. This is a hands-on position working alongside skilled tradespeople and equipment operators. Whether you already have construction or mining experience or are looking for an opportunity to break into the industry, we're looking for people who show up ready to work, take safety seriously, and want to learn. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist welders, millwrights, pipefitters, mechanics, electricians, and equipment operators
• Load, unload, transport, and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform jobsite cleanup, housekeeping, and debris removal
• Assist with excavation, trenching, digging, backfilling, and grading
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, scaffolding, and work zones
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
• Support conveyor, crusher, pump, piping, structural steel, and mechanical installation projects
• Work around heavy equipment, haul trucks, processing facilities, and industrial machinery
• Follow company safety policies, mine-site regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and hazard-awareness requirements
• Participate in safety meetings, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and pre-task planning
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and immediately report unsafe conditions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 0-2 years of construction, industrial, mining, or general labor experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic will be considered
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass required drug screening and site-specific safety requirements
• MSHA Surface Part 46 or Part 48 preferred, or ability to obtain
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, dust, and uneven terrain
• Ability to work extended shifts, overtime, and rotational schedules when required Experience in mines, mills, processing plants, quarries, aggregate facilities, refineries, or heavy industrial construction is a plus.
