The Laborer will assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with a variety of general construction projects, maintain a safe and organized worksite, and help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Duties Assist with general construction, demolition, renovation, and cleanup activities. Load, unload, carry, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare and maintain job sites before, during, and after construction. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and properly. Perform digging grading, lifting, moving, and other physical labor as needed. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Assist with delivery and inventory of materials. Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager or Supervisor. Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in a construction workplace environment is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics with attention to detail Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely Physical ability to perform heavy lifting of at least 50lbs or more and work at heights or on uneven surfaces as needed Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Must have a sense of humor and positive work attitude! This position requires working on active construction sites and may involve exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and varying weather conditions

Pay:

$17.00 - $35.00 per hour
