Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Operate power tools and basic equipment for tasks like digging, leveling, or material placement under supervision. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including implementation of OSHA safety standards, protection protocols, and safety procedures. Conduct routine equipment repairs or maintenance to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance. Support heavy lifting activities Qualifications Prior experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, is highly desirable. Demonstrated physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently throughout shifts. Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair is advantageous but not mandatory. CDL or CDL permit is preferred. Join us in building the future!
