Job Description

RIK Fine Home Building LLC is looking for a Sub Contractor/Woodworker/Laborer.
Contractor/ Woodworker/ Laborer Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with others in a team atmosphere. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Observe safety requirements and regulations at all times. Minimize waste and maximize efficiency to reduce costs. Demonstrate basic general knowledge of construction best practices.
Contractor/ Woodworker/ Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree/trade certification also accepted. Current driver's license, valid and in good standing. Must be willing to commute to and from job sites. Minimum 1 years' hands-on experience in the construction/ carpentry/ trade/ renovation field- or equivalent. Minimum of 3 references that can be contacted.
