Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of concrete and structural work. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including unloading materials and preparing work areas for construction activities Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps safely and effectively Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to support accurate project execution Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation to ensure structural integrity Construct formwork, perform drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and caulking as needed for renovation projects Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment Support heavy lifting tasks and assist with concrete pumping operations while adhering to safety standards Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to construction work is advantageous Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical specifications is desirable Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices is essential Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other relevant equipment safely and efficiently Experience in rebar installation, formwork construction, concrete finishing, drywall installation, plastering or stucco application will be considered an asset Join our team if you're eager to build your career in construction! Pay:

$24.91 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
