Monroe, OH Crown Staffing is urgently hiring a Construction Technician in Monroe, OH. This is a great opportunity for an experienced construction professional looking for stable, year-round work with competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on unique custom projects. Construction Technician Responsibilities Perform wood and metal framing. Install plywood, OSB, drywall, and other sheathing materials. Complete basic electrical work, including wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting. Perform painting and finishing work. Install insulation, flooring, windows, and doors. Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with fabrication and custom container projects. Support additional construction and fabrication tasks as assigned. Requirements 3+ years of general construction experience preferred. Experience in residential, commercial, remodeling, or similar construction trades. Strong knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to accurately measure and build from construction plans. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality workmanship.
