About Walkway Restoration:

Walkway Restoration is a growing concrete restoration company specializing in repairing and restoring concrete surfaces rather than replacing them .We work on commercial and multi-family properties across multiple states and are expanding our services to include concrete restoration, parking lot sealing and striping, pressure washing, soft washing, and concrete sealing. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are willing to travel. No experience is required—we will train the right person!

What You'll Do:

As a Restoration Technician, your responsibilities may include: Performing concrete sidewalk repairs and restoration Grinding and repairing concrete trip hazards Applying concrete sealers and coatings Performing parking lot sealcoating and striping Pressure washing and soft washing apartment communities and commercial properties Preparing and maintaining job sites Loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and equipment Following company safety procedures and jobsite standards Working as part of a small crew to complete projects efficiently Traveling to job sites across multiple states Every day is different. You'll work on a variety of projects and learn multiple trades.

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license Willingness to travel 21-25 days per month Reliable transportation to and from our Ohio location when not traveling Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team Concrete, construction, power washing, soft washing, sealcoating, or striping experience is a plus, but not required No experience necessary
