Overview An established local exterior construction company is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a General Construction Technician and Gutter Installer. This is a full-time, hands on position involving exterior improvements, seamless gutter installation, and general construction projects. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and is comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Pay ranges from $20-$25 per hour based on experience and demonstrated ability. Responsibilities Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter protection systems Assist with soffit, fascia, and other exterior improvement projects Perform general construction, repair, remodeling, and demolition work as assigned Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately Safely operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Communicate professionally with customers and crew members Follow job instructions and complete work efficiently Help ensure every project meets the company's quality standards Qualifications Previous gutter, roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, carpentry, remodeling, or general construction experience is preferred Gutter experience is not required if you have transferable construction skills and are willing to learn Comfortable working from ladders and at roofline heights Able to perform physical construction work and regularly lift and carry materials Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to follow instructions and work effectively with a small crew Professional and respectful when interacting with customers What We Offer $20-$25 per hour based on experience and ability Full-time daytime work Paid, hands-on training Opportunity to learn and develop a valuable skilled trade Advancement opportunities for dependable employees A variety of residential and commercial projects A small-team environment where quality work is recognized and valued Veterans and candidates with transferable military or construction experience are encouraged to apply.
