Construction Hand / General Laborer Full-Time | Starting at $15.00/hr We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our construction and maintenance team as a Construction Hand . This is a full-time position with opportunities for increased pay based on performance, reliability, work quality, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction, repair, and maintenance projects Help with demolition, cleanup, hauling, and material handling Assist skilled workers with various construction tasks Use basic hand and power tools Perform painting, drywall, trim work, landscaping, and other general labor as needed Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Follow instructions and complete assigned work in a timely manner Work both independently and as part of a team Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Reliable and dependable Hardworking with a good attitude Willingness to learn new skills Able to follow directions and work safely Able to lift and carry materials and perform physical labor Previous construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred, but not required Valid driver's license is preferred
