Full Time We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Construction Journeyman to join our growing team. From site prep and demo to assembly, materials handling, and general labor, you'll be hands-on at every stage. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction tasks across job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support the setup and maintenance of construction equipment
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris and hazard removal
• Work collaboratively with crews to meet project timelines
• Follow all company and jobsite safety protocols
• Perform basic carpentry, masonry, framing, or demo as needed
• Ensure all work is completed in line with our standards for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of construction or related experience
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Speak English Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and use hand tools safely
• Stamina to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods
• Overtime may be required based on project needs
