Job Description

Loft Property Management, the leader in multi-family housing in the area, is hiring a Construction Technician . This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a detail-oriented person to join a fast-growing firm in the Western Treasure Valley. We need an experienced team member ready to work in the Ontario area. This role is focused on projects to remodel multi-family interior and exteriors. You will have proven experience across a range of construction work. You must have a full set of tools, be organized, and have a positive attitude. You must be honest, be reliable and take pride in your craft. If you have experience in at least 5 of the following skill areas, you're the kind of person we need to add to our team: Wood framing Trim Stairs Concrete forms/finishing Decking Cabinetry installation and repairs Door and window Installation Hanging/finishing Drywall Hardwood flooring Tile work Installing carpet
Siding Roofing Painting General Requirements:
At least five years of experience with new construction or remodels Able to work independently with limited supervision Able diagnose problems and create smart solutions Ability to lead a project team Must have current Driver's License Must have tools and good references Able to work efficiently Must have a confident attitude and good social skills Pay will depend on your experience.
