Overview:

Clauser Contracting is a family owned, rapidly growing business based in Chalfont, PA. We specialize in paving and concrete work, and we are looking to expand our paving crew. This position is a great opportunity for someone skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to asphalt paving.

Responsibilities:

Asphalt labor: site preparation, milling, paving, compaction, and all aspects of the paving process Operating heavy machinery, including paver, roller, and skid steer Use of rake and lute General understanding of paving processes Occasional work on our concrete crew when necessary•no concrete experience necessary

Qualifications:

Asphalt paving experience (required) Reliable and knowledgeable in the field (required) Ability to communicate effectively with team members (required) Driver's License (required)
