•39 per hour | Full-time | Weekly direct deposit Fox & Fern Property Services is hiring experienced construction laborers and lead craftsmen for residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects. We're looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, stay productive, and represent the company professionally. You must be able to report to our Limerick office every morning before heading to scheduled jobs. We're building a long-term team. Experienced Construction Laborer:

Capable with tools, demolition, preparation, material handling, and jobsite support. Can follow an assignment and keep work moving without constant reminders. $28

•33/hour —

Skilled Technician:

Can independently complete quality repairs and installations across several trades. $34

•39/hour —

Lead Craftsman:

Strong craftsmanship, sound judgment, and the ability to organize work, direct helpers, and complete projects without constant supervision. Your starting rate depends on the work you can reliably perform, your independence, and your ability to take responsibility. An available truck or van for approved company work can qualify you for a higher pay rate, plus a company gas card for business travel. The work Projects vary, but commonly include: Finish carpentry, trim, doors, and general repairs Drywall repair and finishing Painting and surface preparation Flooring installation and repairs Framing, demolition, and remodeling Residential and commercial maintenance and punch-list work You do not need to know every trade. You do need solid experience in the work you claim to perform. What we expect For every position: Previous hands-on construction, remodeling, or property maintenance experience Reliable transportation to Limerick every morning Consistent attendance and punctuality A clean, presentable appearance and respectful customer communication Safe tool use and care for customers' homes and properties Productive work habits, attention to detail, and a clean jobsite Clear communication about progress, materials, and problems For lead craftsmen: Your own professional tools appropriate to your trade Ability to read a scope, plan the work, and identify materials needed Ability to assign tasks and keep a helper productive Responsibility for workmanship, progress, and final cleanup Ability to recognize issues and communicate them before proceeding These positions require existing skills and experience.
