• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT -certified)
• Operate aeration equipment to provide core aeration services for residential and commercial customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop
• Work safely while operating powered equipment and handling daily route responsibilities

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required to drive a company vehicle)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass an MVR and criminal background check
• Ability to become DOT certified
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and operate powered lawn equipment
