TruGreen is hiring Aeration Technicians for the upcoming aeration season! - Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT -certified)
- Operate aeration equipment to provide core aeration services for residential and commercial customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop
- Work safely while operating powered equipment and handling daily route responsibilities

- Must be at least 21 years of age (required to drive a company vehicle)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass an MVR and criminal background check
- Ability to become DOT certified
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and operate powered lawn equipment
