Hotel provided We are looking for dependable Traveling Construction General Laborers to join a field crew installing anchors for cellphone tower projects. This is a hands-on construction position for candidates who are comfortable working outdoors, traveling during the workweek, and completing physical labor safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with installing cellphone tower anchors and related construction materials. Load, unload, carry, and stage tools, equipment, and materials at job sites. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and correctly. Follow directions from the crew lead or supervisor and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions on active construction sites. Travel with the crew and stay out of town during the workweek. Requirements Construction, general labor, concrete, drilling, or outdoor labor experience preferred. Dependable entry-level candidates may be considered. Must be able to travel and be on the road 5 days per week. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials as needed. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew. Must be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the meeting point preferred. Must follow all job site safety rules and company policies. Compensation and Travel Details $25.00 per hour. $40.00 per day per diem. Paid weekly. Hotel accommodations provided while traveling. On the road 5 days per week. Steady traveling construction work with a field crew. Work Environment This is a physically demanding traveling construction position.
