DOT-certified in both South Carolina and Georgia, Full Circle Aggregates provides high-quality fill sands, concrete sand, masonry sand, gravel, topsoil, and other construction materials to meet a wide range of commercial and residential needs. Role Description We are a successful, family-owned business currently seeking to expand our dedicated team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Laborer. We are seeking dependable, hard‑working, and safety‑minded individuals who are comfortable performing physical labor, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and contributing effectively as part of a team. This position will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our concrete block production team. The Laborer will assist with the production of concrete blocks, prepare materials and work areas, load, stack, move, and organize finished products and materials, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The operating hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential opportunities for overtime on weekends as needed. This position generally requires 40-50 hours per week, with weekly hours varying based on production demands, with potential for additional overtime on Saturdays based on operational needs. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are required. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. This position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and may include exposure to noise, dirt, dust, and heavy machinery. Full Circle Aggregates, LLC strictly adheres to all Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Main Job Duties:

Assist in the production of concrete blocks. Prepare molds and materials for daily production. Load, stack, move and organize blocks and materials. Operate hand tools and equipment safely. Keep work area clean and maintain equipment. Observe and comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Work as part of a team to meet production goals. Perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly Must pass a drug screen. High School diploma or GED certification preferred. Perform frequent activities including standing, walking, bending over, climbing, reaching overhead, kneeling, balancing, pushing or pulling, talking/communication, repetitive use of legs. Ability to learn new tasks as assigned is required. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation. Ability to read and understand the English language. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
