Job Description

Landscape Installation Crew Member Build Landscapes. Build Skills. Build Your Future. SUMMARY Roebuck Landscaping (RL) is growing in the Upstate and looking for dependable, hardworking Landscape Installation Crew Members . As a Crew Member, you'll work alongside a Crew Leader and installation team to build landscapes for new commercial properties. This includes installing sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, grading, and other landscape materials . We're looking for people who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want the opportunity to learn and grow within the landscape industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform landscape installations including sod, trees, shrubs, mulch, grading, and site cleanup . Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and approved landscape equipment. Load, unload, and organize plants, materials, tools, and equipment. Follow project plans and Crew Leader direction to meet quality and production expectations . Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE . Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work . Learn and follow Roebuck's standards for Safety, Quality, and Teamwork . Develop landscape installation and equipment operation skills. Take ownership of your work and contribute to the success of your crew. Demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required. Training is provided. Equipment operation experience is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
