What we actually do:

We build things. We transform outdoor spaces from the ground up — installing landscapes and constructing hardscape projects like patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living areas. Mostly residential, always hands-on, and always satisfying when it's done. We take a bare space and turn it into something a homeowner will enjoy for years. Who we're looking for: We're a small, tight-knit crew, which means the right person matters more than the right résumé. We can teach skills — we can't teach attitude. Here's what we genuinely need: A strong work ethic, no excuses Someone who takes pride in seeing a project come together start to finish A team player who communicates well and pulls their weight Someone who enjoys working outside — not just tolerates it A person who wants to serve clients well and represent the company with professionalism Experience in landscape installation, hardscape, concrete, masonry, or general construction is a definite plus, but not required. We'll train the right person. Let's be honest about what this job is: This work is physically demanding. The hours are long. Summer days are hot. Some days are exhausting. If you love this kind of work — building with your hands, working outside, and stepping back at the end of the day to see what you've created — this job is genuinely rewarding and a lot of fun.
