Pool Construction Laborer
Job Duties:
Assist with all phases of residential and commercial pool construction. Responsibilities include excavation, grading, site preparation, operating equipment such as skid steers and mini-excavators, installing plumbing lines, electrical conduit, steel reinforcement, and assisting with gunite application. Additional duties include handling and loading construction materials, performing landscaping and final site restoration, maintaining a clean and organized job site, operating hand and power tools, and supporting skilled trades such as plumbers, electricians, and tile installers. The ideal candidate has construction or landscaping experience, can safely perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions, Ability to lift 50-80 lbs and work in varying weather conditions, is committed to following all safety and PPE requirements, and works well as part of a team. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment. We offer competitive pay, full-time hours with overtime opportunities, and excellent training and advancement into skilled trades and leadership positions. Previous experience in Pool construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred. Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or similar equipment strongly preferred. On the job training. No education required.
Additional Requirements:
Employer Paid Pre-hire Drug Testing and Employer Paid Pre-hire Criminal Background Check. Starting at $18.66/hr. based on work experience and performance. $27.99/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hrs./wk. of work with 1 hour of lunch each workday, 7:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m., M-F, Some O.T. may be available, but is not guaranteed. 25 positions available for temporary, full-time, peak-load work.
