Job Description

CONSTRUCTION & LAND SERVICES CREW MEMBER

— 1099 Based out of Hondo, TX | Work throughout the surrounding area We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our construction and land-services crew on a 1099 contract basis.

RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED

You MUST have reliable transportation to get yourself to our Hondo yard every morning. You will not be required to drive your own vehicle to job sites. Once you arrive at the yard, you will ride with your jobsite manager/crew to the work location.

Job Duties May Include:

General construction and land-service work Fencing and welding Skid steer and equipment operation Dirt work and road construction Land clearing and maintenance Material handling General labor and cleanup Other construction-related duties as needed

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to the Hondo yard every morning —

REQUIRED

Dependable and punctual Willing to travel to job sites throughout the surrounding area, including locations up to approximately 1½ hours from Hondo Must be comfortable and physically capable of working outdoors in extreme heat and extreme cold Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Construction experience preferred Welding, fencing, skid steer, or heavy equipment experience is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be able to work well with a crew and follow directions

Transportation:

Contractor provides transportation to the Hondo yard. Transportation from the yard to the job site is provided with the crew/jobsite manager. If you are dependable, hardworking, physically capable, and looking for steady construction and land-service work, we want to hear from you!

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT RELIABLY GET TO THE HONDO YARD EVERY MORNING OR ARE NOT PREPARED TO WORK OUTDOORS IN EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.
