As a Construction Laborer, you'll bring your enthusiasm, physical strength, and technical skills to assist in building structures that stand the test of time. Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, grinding, and assembling materials. Mix and pour concrete accurately using concrete mixers and pumps; finish concrete surfaces with precision. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks correctly. Install rebar, formwork, metal studs, and other structural components according to specifications. Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely to move materials around the site. Contribute to the installation of flooring, stucco, plastering, caulking, and other finishing touches. Experience Prior construction site experience or apprenticeship preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint specification interpretation is advantageous. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools. Experience with concrete forming, pouring, cutting, finishing, and pumping enhances your fit for this role. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Basic understanding of mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and metal framing techniques. Pay:
