General Summary of Position We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Renovations Technician Assistant to join our team and support a wide range of renovation and construction projects. In this role, you will assist with various technical tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on expertise and proactive approach will contribute to transforming spaces through skilled craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Essential Functions And Responsibilities Support construction processes by providing accurate measurements, material lists, and other assessments. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as pool repairs, remodeling, and renovations. Perform specialized work including plumbing, masonry, and concrete work. Support heavy equipment operation when necessary for site preparation or material handling. Assist with restoration projects involving demolition, renovations, and pool repairs (including equipment). Contribute to construction painting, caulking, plastering, masonry work, and other finishing tasks to ensure polished results. Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven experience in construction site work. Hands-on experience with a variety of construction trades in the pool industry. Proficiency using hand tools and power tools essential for renovation tasks. Knowledge of construction management principles. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and contractors. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 pounds or more) and working at heights or in confined spaces as needed.

Pay:
