  JR100664 Job Overview Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Laborer to assist with various construction and maintenance tasks in Sherman, Texas. This role involves performing physical labor to support pipeline and energy infrastructure projects. Job Responsibilities
  
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches, lifting and carrying materials, and operating hand tools.
  
• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., pipefitters, welders, equipment operators) by providing support and fetching tools/materials.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris, organizing tools, and adhering to all safety protocols.
  
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
  
• Assist with the setup and teardown of construction sites.
  
• Operate small power tools and equipment as directed, such as grinders, drills, and compactors.
  
• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen diligently.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
• Keep up with site maintenance (clean work areas, pick up trash, distribute water to employees) Job Qualifications
  
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in various weather conditions, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  
• Prior experience in construction or industrial settings preferred but not required.
  
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
  
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  
• Valid driver's license preferred.
