•Operate and maintain a variety of paving, surfacing, and tamping equipmentincluding asphalt pavers, rollers, and compactorsto construct and repair roads, parking lots, and other surfaces. Responsibilities include preparing work sites, inspecting and adjusting machinery for optimal performance, and ensuring surfaces are finished according to project specifications. Collaborate with crew members to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Monitor material levels and quality throughout the paving process, making adjustments as needed to achieve smooth, even surfaces. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
