Full-Time | On-Site Position Summary Vantage Trades Group LLC is currently hiring motivated construction professionals for an active commercial construction project in Vernon, Texas . We are looking for dependable individuals who are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork. This position offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals on a fast-paced project while contributing to the successful completion of critical jobsite activities. We Are Hiring Carpenters Heavy Equipment Operators Skilled Construction Laborers General Construction Workers Applicants with experience in commercial or industrial construction are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform general construction labor and site preparation. Assist skilled trades with daily construction activities. Load, unload, and transport construction materials. Operate hand and power tools safely. Support carpentry, framing, concrete, and installation work as assigned. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow supervisor instructions and project specifications. Comply with OSHA regulations and all site-specific safety requirements. Perform additional duties based on project needs. Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred. Experience in commercial or industrial construction is a plus. Ability to safely operate common construction tools and equipment. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
