As soon as Monday Job Summary UCP is looking for dependable, hardworking General Construction Laborers to assist with various construction projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain construction experience. Previous experience is a plus but is not required for candidates who are willing to learn and work hard. Job Responsibilities Assist with general construction and labor duties. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment. Lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively with a team. Perform physical labor in various construction environments. Work outdoors in different weather conditions. Follow all job site safety rules and procedures. Qualifications Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation — a must. Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Must be willing and able to perform heavy physical labor. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
