COMPENSATION

- Starting at: $20 Supports concrete pump operations by assisting with equipment setup and cleanup, cleaning and organizing equipment, supporting operators and work crews, and maintaining yard areas. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and cleanup of concrete pumping equipment. Clean, organize, and help maintain pumps, hoses, equipment, and yard areas. Support operators and crews at construction job sites. Perform general labor and basic equipment-care duties. Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions. Work extended hours and overtime as operational needs require. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company standards. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Willingness to learn and work long or irregular hours when needed. Construction, general labor, equipment-yard, or mechanical experience is preferred. Physical Demands and Work Conditions Lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach. Perform physically demanding work outdoors in varied weather and on construction sites. Schedule and Environment Work may include extended or irregular hours and overtime. Work is performed outdoors in varied weather and at construction job sites.
