POWDER COATING / PREP / SANDBLASTING / LABORER

Proline Coating — Wellington, Utah Proline Coating is looking for a hard-working, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team. We are a growing powder coating and sandblasting business looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn. The Position This is a full-time, physically demanding position with a variety of responsibilities throughout the powder coating process. No previous powder coating experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Washing and preparing metal for coating Hanging and unhanging metal parts on racks Assisting with powder coating production Sandblasting and surface preparation Moving and handling heavy metal parts Preparing finished products for palletizing and shipping Keeping the shop and work areas clean and organized Following safety and production procedures Helping wherever needed to keep production moving

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM-5:00 PM 1-hour unpaid lunch If production is completed by Thursday, Friday is off! If we are behind on production, Friday may be used to finish projects, typically for a half day What We're Looking For Previous experience is not required , and we are willing to train. Some experience in a blue-collar, manufacturing, construction, mechanical, or similar industry is preferred .

Very hardworking Dependable and punctual Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with their hands Able to work as part of a team Positive and willing to learn Able to work at a fast pace when production demands it Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work This is a very physical job. Employees are on their feet throughout the day and regularly lift and move heavy materials. All work is performed indoors .
