Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, demolition, framing, and general carpentry Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently Perform tasks involving physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, plumbers, and electricians as needed Maintain equipment and report malfunctions or repairs Follow basic instructions from supervisors Qualifications/Requirements for

Field Technicians/Laborers:

At least 18 years old. Valid unrestricted driver's license with an clean driving record within company standards. The ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed. (Rare) The ability to travel and work at remote sites as needed. Basic math, mechanical, teamwork and troubleshooting skills.
