What You'll Do Use hand tools and power tools to assemble quality products. Read tape measures and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Perform general labor and construction-related tasks in a manufacturing environment. Assist with material movement, setup, and assembly operations. Work alongside experienced team members to meet production goals safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area. What We're Looking For Experience in construction, manufacturing, mechanical assembly, carpentry, electrical work, roofing, landscaping, or other hands-on labor roles. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow basic blueprints or drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
