Crawlspace Medic of Williamsburg is hiring a dependable, hard-working crawlspace laborer to join our production team. This position focuses on crawlspace moisture-control projects and structural repair work. Previous structural or construction knowledge is required.

Responsibilities:

Perform crawlspace moisture-control and repair work Install vapor barriers and crawlspace encapsulation systems Remove damaged insulation, debris, and old materials Install insulation and seal crawlspace vents and openings Assist with dehumidifier and drainage-system installations Perform or assist with structural repairs, including floor-joist, beam, subfloor, and support work Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Load, unload, and organize tools and job materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow project instructions and company quality standards

Requirements:

Structural or construction knowledge is required Comfortable working in confined crawlspaces Able to perform physically demanding work, including crawling, lifting, carrying, and working in hot, cold, or damp conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions Reliable transportation to work Valid driver's license preferred Crawlspace, foundation, carpentry, or moisture-remediation experience is preferred This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in completing quality work and wants an opportunity to grow with a local crawlspace repair company.
