Job Description

Job Purpose We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our commercial construction team. This role supports field operations by performing a wide range of tasks that ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as directed
  • Perform site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
  • Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively as directed by supervision
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, debris removal, and jobsite housekeeping
  • Install temporary protections such as fencing, barriers, and signage
  • Support installation tasks including layout assistance, measuring, cutting, fastening, and assembly
  • Follow all company safety procedures, including use of PPE and participating in toolbox talks
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding work progress and safety concerns
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support successful project execution Qualifications
  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and on active construction sites
  • Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • OSHA-10 or First Aid/CPR certification preferred but not required Work Environment
  • Commercial construction sites
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions, heights, loud noise, and equipment
  • Use of personal protective equipment required (hard hat, vest, gloves, eyewear, boots)
Pay:
$25.50
  • $34.
00 per hour
