Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and some heavy machinery (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers).
Trade Support:
Assist electricians, plumbers, and other specialized subcontractors with installations and site prep.
Material Handling:
Load, unload, and transport building materials to correct work areas across the site. Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstructions Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment Assist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, and temporary structures Operate hand tools and basic power tools (shovels, jackhammers, drills, etc.) Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materials Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working condition Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or site supervisor Skills & Abilities Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and perform strenuous physical labor Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic understanding of construction site safety practices Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Ability to work well on a team Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) Exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor elements Employee Benefits Package Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance $100 or $150/month company contribution to an HSA account Daily Pay Option Pet Insurance 401K Employer paid life insurance 1x annual salary Paid Time Off & Flexibility Generous Paid Time Off Personal Day Benefit Guidance and assistance from a dedicated regional team
