Our General Laborer position is designed to expose you to every part of our company while preparing you for the opportunity to interview for our apprenticeship program after one year. If you show up every day, work hard, learn quickly, and demonstrate the attitude we're looking for, you'll have the opportunity to earn a place in our apprenticeship program and begin developing into a skilled craftsman. What You'll Do As a General Laborer, you'll work alongside every crew in our company. No two weeks are the same. You will gain hands-on experience in both residential and heavy civil construction, assisting wherever the company needs you most.

Work may include:

Site preparation and cleanup Material handling and equipment setup Demolition Excavation support Boulder retaining walls Small bridges and culvert installation Concrete work Framing Siding installation Finish carpentry Painting Historic restoration General construction tasks across multiple job sites You'll learn directly from experienced journeymen and crew leaders while developing a broad understanding of the construction industry. Requirements Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Pass a pre-employment drug screening Strong work ethic and positive attitude The Path Forward This position serves as the entry point into our company. After 12 months of successful employment , General Laborers may be invited to interview for an Apprenticeship position.
