What You'll Do As part of our construction crew, you'll work on all phases of site development and building construction. Every day is different and may include: Site excavation and grading Concrete forming and pouring for footings, foundations, and walls Flatwork preparation and finishing (sidewalks, patios, and slabs) Installing and stripping concrete wall forms Backfilling, grading, compacting, and trenching General building and site construction Material handling and site cleanup Operating construction equipment, including: Excavators, Skid steers, Forklifts Working safely alongside an experienced construction crew to build apartment communities from the ground up What We're Looking For Construction experience preferred (concrete and excavation experience are a plus) Equipment operating experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work safely Team player who takes pride in quality workmanship Valid driver's license preferred Apply Today!
